Fosun Beiling (Beijing) Medical Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2010, acquired Beijing Beiling Special Vehicle Co., Ltd. in 2015, and joined Fosun Pharma (600196) Medical Device Division in 2018. The company adheres to the thoughts of socialism with Chinese characteristics for　

the Xi Jinping new era, actively responds to the national call for health and safety, and demonstrates resilience and responsibility. In the 2019 National Day celebrations, Fosun Beiling successfully completed the production of the Tiananmen Square mass parade floats with themes such　

as "Staying True to Our Founding Aspiration," "Strict Governance of the Party," "Cultivating Morality in Education," "Poverty Alleviation," and "Tides of the Yangtze River," and was commended by the celebration command department. During the 2020 pandemic, the company received a
